Event Helpers

Event Helpers are in place to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
Now that you’ve worked hard to plan your wedding or event, we are here to help execute your vision.
Hand us your plans and we will ensure that everything is in place the way you imagined it.
Our team will assist with decor needs and setting up for any event. During our consultation you will provide us with clear instructions and visuals to set up for the event. You will ensure that everything is organized for the day of, and we will take it from there. After your event is over, we will break down your decor, repack, and clean up.

Waitstaff

Our Waitstaff team is available for any event. Our team is equipped with the necessary training and equipment for your event. Our team will set up food, serve food, and buss tables afterwards.

Our team comes equipped with gloves, serving trays, pitchers, and buss boxes.
The number of servers are based on the number of expected guest. Ideally you would want to book 1 server to every 20-25 guest if serving buffet style. If you are wanting a plated style meal you would need to fill out an inquiry form here.

Investment

  • 2 Servers ( up to 50 guest) : $350.00

  • 3 Servers (up to 80): $450.00

  • 4 Servers (up to 125): $550.00

  • 5 Servers (up to 200) : $650.00

    The prices above is based on 4hrs.
    We will set up, serve food, and buss tables.

    Dishwashing is an additional fee
    Additional time maybe added as well.

Post event clean up

The last thing you should be worried about is cleaning up!
Our team will come in after the event and clear and clean the venue.
Some Task that our team will handle:
- Bussing / Clearing tables
-Repacking decor
- Sweeping
-Mopping
-Packing left over food
- Dish washing
- Stacking Chairs
- Wiping Counters
- Taking trash to nearby dumps

Wedding Management | month of Coordination

We are more than just a Day of Coordination. Once the Bride or Planner has made all of the plans, our job is to execute. Our job is to make sure that your day is everything imagined. We will meet with the Bride or Coordinator usually at the Venue. During this time we will discuss all of the plans and details of every aspect of the wedding. I will then meet with each vendor to discuss the timeline. We will ensure that the timeline is very organized and that every vendor is on the same page.

As a Wedding Manager, we coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hr, and reception. A team of two will also be in place to ensure everything runs smoothly.  This service usually takes place 6 weeks prior to the wedding.

Coordination consist of: Preview of the venue site, help direct rehearsal, organize processional line up, vendor call/email, greet guest, dedicated assistants, organize pinning, keep track of license/rings, gather ceremony items, placement of the favors, Final walk through/Inspection, serve as a point of contact, and confirm set up and rentals.

Investment: $1600.00
